Tailsake sells made-to-order pet portrait charms through a custom storefront. PayPal processes payments and Shopify supports order administration.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Your order is placed when PayPal successfully captures payment and an order confirmation is issued. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and the final total are displayed during checkout. Keep your order email and private design link available until production is complete.
Custom design, production, and delivery
Choose your specifications and upload your original pet photo before payment. Payment authorizes production using those specifications, your original photo and any making notes. AI generation and a separate design confirmation are not required. Natural leather and hand finishing may vary slightly. Estimated delivery includes customization time but is not a guaranteed delivery date. Existing orders retain their original design records.
Changes, cancellations, and order problems
Because every item is personalized, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after you confirm the design or production begins. Customized items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order, email hello@tailsake.com promptly with the order number and clear photos; we will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law. Checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights in your location also apply.
